Summary: - The first part of this paper unpacks a number of practical challenges related to PME and formulates an analytical framework to assess the suitability of a PME approach for a specific context.
- The second part of the paper applies this analytical framework to explore the opportunities and challenges of a number of PME approaches such as outcome mapping, logical framework approach, Most Significant Change, ROMA and the Five Capabilities Model.
