Summary: The Belgian NGO VECO has been applying OM for planning, monitoring and learning across its regional programmes since 2008. This paper, based on a presentation of the case at the OM Lab in Beirut in 2012, presents the story of VECO's adoption and adaptation of OM, including its ground-breaking efforts to integrate OM and logical frameworks.
