Informed by the Outcome Mapping Methodology (OM), the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and Utilisation-Focused Evaluation, the country programme uses a monitoring framework and evaluation plan that assesses the program holistically and which is based on the premise that the program needs to know not only about the results it achieves, but also about the process by which they were attained, as well as about its own internal effectiveness.
