Summary: This evaluation conducted by Dr. Jeph Mathias was unique in many aspects. It was remotely conducted with an active support by M & E team at Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP), KP Pakistan. Being outcomes focused, the report is a valuable addition to OM/OH resources, which will surely benefit policy makers, donors, and practitioners for developing or implementing projects in harsh and fragile environments.
