Summary: This guide (in French) illustrates how elements of outcome mapping and outcome harvesting were used to develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system by a network of civil society organisations involved in lobby and advocacy for the rights of people migrating through the Sahel and Maghreb regions and West Africa.
The first part of the guide illustrates how the organisations used elements of outcome mapping (vision, spheres of influence, and progress markers) to develop their theory of change. The second part illustrates some of the tools that were used to collect and analyse the monitoring data (e.g. outcome journal, rubric, color codes, contribution-significance matrix, reflection workshop). The last part illustrates some of the results of two monitoring cycles.
