Summary: In February 2012, 50 people came together in Beirut, Lebanon to share experiences and learn about Outcome Mapping. The event was called the OM Lab and this video was produced at one of the Lab sessions.
In this session, Sarah Earl, one of the founders of OM, describes how IDRC and its partners came to develop OM. There then follows a discussion where many participants of the OM Lab describe what they feel are the essential elements of OM.
