Summary: This book contains the papers presented at a symposion held n Bad Honnef, Germany, on 27th to 28th September 2007. It focused on the utilization aspect of evaluation in media projects. Theoretical overviews are given as well as a number of case studies with different frameworks. One of the papers focuses on the usage of Outcome Mapping in a Mentoring programme for journalists (the one by Nadia el-Awady and Jan Lublinski). As a follow up of this conference the "mediaME" working group is introduced.
