Summary: From 2002-2004, the Youth Creating Digital Opportunities (YCDO) coalition sought to realize the potential of young people as leaders in using information and communications technologies (ICTs) to achieve more sustainable development in their communities and around the world. OM was used as the basic framework for developing its M&E plan.
