UNDP
Summary: Outcome Harvesting is identified as one of eleven innovations based on research and analysis of potential to achieve impact, to be particularly catalytic for M&E, and to have demonstrated feasibility – or at least have been piloted with the potential for scaling up. The UNDP reports highlights Outcome Harvesting as an "evaluation approach that does not measure progress towards predetermined outcomes, but rather collects evidence of what has been achieved, and works backward to determine whether and how the project or intervention contributed to the change."
