Summary:	I am undertaking a needs analysis of treatment desired by people experiencing problems related to their illiict ecstasty, ketmaine or gamma-hydroxybutyrate drug use and current treatment available. Once we have established the situation, I plan on using OM to develop a useful action plan with the funders and their policy makers in place of traditional evaluation discussion and recommendations.
