Why was OM chosen? |
It helped the identification of key boundary partners, and the use of progress reports was particularly useful for useful for mid and end-term project. |
How was OM used? |
Planning, Evaluation |
What was the experience of using OM? |
Despite an overall positive experience, OM training not sufficiently implemented. Journals were not used because stakeholders (boundary partners) were not willing to write progress and provide other info on them. The consultant used telephone and face-to-face meeting interviews and FGDs to track and update progress. Boundary partners also provided comprehensive information well structured face-to-face mid and end-term meetings. |
