Introduction of outcome mapping as an action learning tool in the organisation's longstanding Balwadi Programme. This has included putting together a vision, mission, outcome challenges and progress markers. Still very much a work in progress. The project also aims to adapt the progress marker concept to make the process even more action-learning oriented. |
