Outcome Mapping Training

This practise oriented 4-days training course focuses on application of OM tools to developing ideas as well as existing projects. During the course selected programmes will be used as real-life cases to develop outcome challenges, progress markers and strategy maps linking them with intervention chain, indicators and assumptions as well as other existing systems and formats of your organisation. Participants of the course will be offered a follow up consultancy and other follow up action for enhanced learning.
