OM Training

MDF Training & Consultancy organises a four-day workshop Outcome Mapping (OM). Developed and inspired by IDRC, of which Terry Smutylo trained the MDF trainers, this is the only OM training in Western Europe during the spring of 2009.

It is an introductory course in OM, focusing on its theory, concepts and tools. More than in former courses, this workshop is focused on applying OM to M&E in real work contexts.

The workshop utilizes active, participatory exercises to which participants bring their own problems and experiences. A number of real-life experiences with OM will be presented and discussed during the workshop.
