OMLC Online 2022

We are pleased to announce that the OMLC Online 2022 will take place this year in June. This is our signature learning and development opportunity, drawing on our experience of running cutting edge workshops since 2010, including online for the past two years.

This years\' sessions will run online over three weeks, each Tuesday and Thursday from 14 - 30 June. There will also be a meet-and-greet session on 13 June. Each session will be about 3 hours in length, starting at 7pm Bangkok, 1pm London, 8am New York. Price: €700. Registration will open in April. Watch this space!

The workshop is aimed at those new to Outcome Mapping or Outcome Harvesting and wanting to take their next steps in outcome-based approaches to monitoring, evaluation and learning in complex change processes. Starting with a grounding in the conceptual foundations common to Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting, participants will explore how to use an actor focus when designing, monitoring or evaluating complex change processes.

We aim to provide an immersive experience in which learning is reinforced by individual study offline and group exercises to apply concepts and tools and exchange experiences. Numbers will therefore be limited to about 25 participants.

A core facilitation team of three will lead the workshop and they will be joined by one or more highly experienced special guest facilitators for each session, giving participants exposure to a variety of facilitation styles and expert experiences from the OMLC membership.
