This four-day workshop contributes to monitoring change processes with a narrative perspective. It focuses on a narrative approach to monitoring the qualitative changes that we seek to contribute to in peace and human rights work. Participants will be guided to reflect on their monitoring challenges from a narrative perspective, discovering their past and current stories about monitoring and subsequently creating a future narrative that encompasses the changes they want to see. They will leave with an outlook on what their future monitoring will look like and be ready to start setting it up.
