OM Information- and Training--Workshop
Since 2005, we are organising this 1.5 day workshop (in German!). In a short time, the participants get to know the method (and underlying theories of change), learn from real cases, and get to practice (define a vision, mission, boundary partner, outcome challenges and strategy maps) for an own case. The workshop is summed up by a discussion on practical M&E issues and the potential linkages to other tools and methods (PRA, PLA, LFA, etc).
