Managing Outcome-Based Development

Provides a basis of when one might engage in outcome based development, why, what it is like and implications for managing funding, reporting evaluation and staff.
The three facilitators all have OM experience on both sides of the' "funder/implementor fence"'. Participants will have the opportunity to ask a Cambodian project leader who uses OM and (by Skype) an Australian funder of OM projects and OH about the joys and challenges of using managing outcome based proejects.
