Outcome Mapping Training Workshop

The Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) and the Secure Livelihoods Research Consortium (SLRC) in collaboration with IDRC offers an opportunity to enhance your skills in learning–based approaches of planning, monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects during a one day introduction training with the experienced Outcome Mapping trainer Kevin Kelpin!
This course introduces a variety of practical approaches to using OM as the foundation for a learning-based management approach. You will be introduced to tools and helped to strengthen the skills you need to design and build an effective evaluative results framework and a practical monitoring approach that allows you to manage your project or programme through a learning based approach.
At the end of one day of training, participants will be able to:
 Understand and convey the core concepts and principles of OM
 Combine OM with existing M&E methods
 Be able to use OM as the basis for a learning based management approach
