Outcome Mapping Training

Development processes are multi-dimensional by nature and can be a real challenge to manage. To tackle this, Outcome Mapping (OM) offers a non-linear, vision-driven approach which focuses on behavioural change. You will gain confidence in the use of OM concepts and tools, and learn how to facilitate partner learning and combine OM with more traditional approaches for maximum effectiveness.

Course objectives
This course helps you to address the following:
- Capture the richness of what is occurring in our development interventions;
- Integrate learning into the project and programme right from the planning;
- Ensure accountability and learning.

For whom?
This course is specifically relevant if you are:
- a programme coordinator/manager in a non-governmental organisation, international or inter-governmental development organisation or a network;
- a consultant or government official;
- seeking for planning, monitoring and evaluation concepts, approaches and tools that are adapted to better suit the complex environments.
