An introductory training in Outcome Mapping & Outcome Harvesting

The three and a half day event will introduce you to the foundations and practice of OM and OH, providing you with expert tuition, interactive exercises, facilitated discussion, support to apply the techniques to your own project, and real-life case studies.

We expect you to take away from the event:

  • An understanding of the principles and practice of OM and OH.
  • An appreciation, new ideas and new skills for incorporating actor-centred and outcome-oriented planning, monitoring and evaluation approaches in your work.
  • A community of like-minded individuals and organisations that you can look to for support and further exchange of ideas.

The event is led by a team of world-class experts in Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting including: Julius Nyangaga, Simon Hearn, Glowen Kyei-Mensah and Esther Kihoro.

This event is organised by the Outcome Mapping Learning Community with Right Track Africa and co-hosted with DT Global.

The OMLC is very grateful to the workshop facilitators for contributing their time to the OMLC pro-bono, and to DT Global for co-hosting with us. All profits from this event go to the OMLC to support online facilitation and learning within the community. FAQs

Is there support available for obtaining a visa?

We can provide a letter to support visa applications. You will be asked at registration to provide additional details if you require a visa letter. We can only prepare your visa letter if you register and provide the correct information before October 8th.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds (minus $30 administration charge) will be given to participants who cancel on or before 8 October 2023. 50% refunds will be given to participants who cancel on or before 22 October 2023. No refunds will be given to participants who cancel after 22 October 2023 under any circumstance.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

If, through insufficient registrations, or otherwise, we are forced to cancel or postpone the event all participants will be given a full refund or the opportunity to carry forward their registration.

What does the registration fee include?

All options include three and a half day workshop programme, lunch, materials and refreshments on workshop days. Accommodation , travel and transfers are NOT included.

Can you recommend accommodation options nearby?

The following accommodation options are provided as suggestions for participants to consider. The OMLC has no arrangement with these venues and cannot provide any support for booking accommodation . The OMLC does not accept any responsibility for participant accommodation bookings.

Do you have sponsorship available?

We recognise that the workshop fee may be a barrier to participation for some people who would otherwise benefit from the event. If you are in this situation then please contact us to discuss your options.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Changes to your registration need to be confirmed in writing at least 48 hours before the event starts.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Please refer to your booking confirmation from EventBrite for details.

How can I pay for the ticket?

You can pay by credit or debit card through EventBrite's secure payment processing system. You can also pay by bank transfer - to do this you need to apply to pay by invoice before registering.
