Piloting Outcome Mapping with Youth in Malawi

Summary: Plan UK used Outcome Mapping in Malawi as a method to engage youth in the design of the monitoring and evaluation of their governance programme. The process was useful to both the youth and the programme staff. At the same time, we learned a lot from the process about using OM in different contexts with different audiences.
