3-day Basic Course Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation

This course starts with an introduction focusing on the concept of Theory of Change, in which The Logical Framework and Outcome Mapping will be discussed. Furthermore the course will develop a 'conceptual and planning framework' as a basis for setting up a M&E system. This course is intended for program staff and / or novice PME employees of Partos members.
