AEA Pre-conference workshop on Outcome Mapping

Kaia Ambrose and Simon Hearn will facilitate this one day workshop as part of the professional development programme of the American Evaluation Association conference 2015.

This workshop will review the key theoretical underpinnings as well as the practical steps of OM, and explore how OM is used for robust monitoring and internal evaluation systems (particularly those with developmental evaluation approach), and as a framework for external evaluations. Participants will complete several group work exercises as well as engage in debate on the usefulness of OM for M&E.
